OOOO Digital Tape Loops is a digital product (Standalone and VST3/AU plugin). All sales are final.

Once a license key has been delivered and/or the product has been downloaded, installed, or registered, the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or registering OOOO Digital Tape Loops, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund & Returns Policy and the applicable Terms of Use.

Before Purchasing

We strongly encourage you to:

Download and test the free/demo version before purchasing
Review system requirements and compatibility with your DAW
Contact me at zack@infinitedigits.co with any pre-purchase questions

Please ensure compatibility prior to purchase, as refunds cannot be issued after registration or delivery of the license key.

Technical & License Key Support

If you experience technical issues, please contact zack@infinitedigits.co with:

A description of the issue
Your operating system and DAW information
Any relevant error messages or screenshots

We are committed to resolving legitimate technical problems. However, technical difficulties do not automatically qualify for a refund.

If you did not receive your license key, or if it is not functioning correctly, contact me and I will resolve the issue at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OOOO Digital Tape Loops is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. By using the plugin, you agree that Infinite Digits shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
